Rustic Stone is an exciting restaurant in the heart of Dublin City. A food experience by Dylan McGrath to explore the idea of the flavour, tastes and in the room cooking, while being influenced by Japan, Spain and South Africa.

In Rustic Stone we are adding creativity and flavour to the finest Irish ingredients and serve great food in a fun, inviting and relaxed place. We cook seasonally, all dishes are seasoned with the freshest herbs grown by known and trusted farmers. We use organic produce where possible, always insisting on freshness and focus on the positive virtues of different ingredients, drawing out the flavour as well as the goodness from within.
